This & That

To Hell With My Diet
by: Janet Lavergne

To hell with my diet
and attempts to lose weight.
Wouldn't you disagree
with numbering everything you ate?

Up with chocolate bars
and down with all vegetables.
I'll eat that spaghetti
til I can't get up from the table.

Duncan Hines, Sara Lee,
Dolly Madison, Pepperidge Farm;
Aunt Jermima's pancakes
with maple syrup would do no harm.

Give me meat and potatoes
and all the ice cream I can find.
To hell with my diet!
I'm just expanding my mind.
