Happy Book Birthday to me...Happy Book Birthday to me!

This is quite literally a day I was wondering if I would ever be able to see coming. It's not that I didn't believe in myself. It's just the publishing industry is very transitional and highly subjective. What is written today may never find its way to the pages of a published book and all the hard effort of one determined writer may never come to fruition. And yet here I am...lucky enough to see the birth of my first picture book called THE STORY CATCHER.

Before I blow out the candles, I'd like to thank a few people;

To my publisher, Anaiah Press...thank you for believing in my work. It takes a lot of time and effort to go from idea to finished product and hopefully this will be the first of many successful book launches for your catalog line.

To my editor, Jessica Schmeidler, I give my heartfelt thanks and gratitude for your tireless efforts on my behalf. You are a true professional, an exceptional editor, and Anaiah lost a valuable asset when you made what I'm sure was a difficult decision to pursue other publishing avenues.
