A TO Z CHALLLENGE: LETTER C

Some of the things found in the world today actually have been around for quite some time. Here's a look at some food and entertainment items that have been around since the 1800's.  Did YOU know when these items were created/invented?

CAPON: A 6 to 8 pound castrated male chicken, known for its richer flavor and denser texture.

CARAMEL: A candy made from sugar or syrup which has been heated over a low flame until it turns brown.
